Story

I’ll Always Love My Mama” tells the story of an American Family who is anchored by the Matriarch, “Mother Love”.

She is a retired medical doctor and childhood friend of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In her lifetime, she befriended many world leaders including Malcolm X and Mother Theresa.

Mother Love was a Human rights activist as well as a civil right activist and was well loved and respected throughout the entire community. She expressed deep compassion for all of those around her and she always had only kind words for everyone.

Mother Love bore 7 children…4 boys and 3 girls. Throughout her children’s lives she expressed to them the importance of family.

Her second oldest son, Tut threatens to undermine all of her teachings by refusing to accept her 2 granddaughters who are strung out on drugs as of result of their mother and fathers sudden death.

Through the death of Mother Love, Tut and his family prayerfully reconcile and begin a new legacy of family strength and family values.
